Recently, Another Space helped an award-winning fintech startup to launch its seed investment round, which led to a successful SEIS/EIS completion.
While the team is comprised of senior executives with extensive networks and deep sector expertise, there is no dedicated in-house finance/investment team at the time. The startup engaged Another Space to provide the necessary execution support required to kickoff its fundraising journey. Our dedicated team conducted a deep dive into the business model and was able to deliver a fully fledged five year financial model driven by operational metrics in a matter of days. We then went on to create a professional Data Room and organized the necessary file revisions/updates in the immediate months after.
